Ingredients:  
4 c. lettuce (chopped)
2-3 c. parsley (chopped)
8 hard boiled eggs (diced)
2 green peppers (sliced)
1 10oz. package frozen peas
2 c. shredded carrots
1 6oz. can pitted olives (drained & sliced)
2 c. radishes (sliced)
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 c. red onion (diced)

Green Salad Dressing-
2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. minced parsley
1 tsp. dried basil
1 tsp. dried dill weed
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. sour cream
{Combine & mix all ingredients until smooth. Makes about 2 1/2 cups}


Directions:

1. Layer ingredients in order in a deep salad bowl.
2. Spoon dressing over top.
3. Cover and refrigerate 6 hours or overnight.
