3 chicken breasts (cooked & shredded)
1-2 bunches of long rice
1 cucumber (halved, seeded & sliced into 1/8 inch slices)
1 c. cabbage (thinly sliced)
3 pieces pressed ham (thinly sliced)
1 egg (fried & thinly sliced)
1 Tbsp. grated red onion
1 3/4 oz. canned crab meat
fishcake (thinly sliced)
slivered almonds

Dressing-
1/2 c. Japanese vinegar
1/3 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. shoyu
1 tsp. grated ginger
1 Tbsp. sesame oil
1 tsp. toasted sesame seeds
1 tsp. salt

1. Combine all ingredient together.
