1 to 1 1/2 pounds of fresh crab meat
1 large egg
1/2 cup fine bread crumbs
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. old bay seasoning
1 tsp. worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 - 1/2 cup mayo - just enough to hold it together

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients together in a small bowl and set aside.
Mix egg, worcestershire and lemon juice together in a medium bowl and add crab meat. Toss gently to coat, taking care not to break up the lumps of meat. Add dry ingredients and mix gently again, adding mayo a bit at a time until it just holds together. Let mixture sit 5 minutes or so.
Meanwhile, heat 2 Tbsp. olive oil and 2 Tbsp. butter in a griddle on medium heat. Place rounded Tbsps. of mixture onto hot griddle and flatten just a tad. Cook until lightly browned on both sides. Remove to a platter and serve warm with mango chutney.
