1 large box of Strawberry Jell-o mix (sugar-free works well too)
1 tub of Cool Whip (can use light or sugar-free as well)

Directions:
Make Jell-o as directed on the box. Put in fridge to let the Jell-o set. Once the Jell-o has started to set, take it out. Whip entire tub of whipped cream into the Jell-o. Place back in the refrigerator until the Jell-o is completely set.

Easiest recipe ever - and a dessert staple in Grandma Butler's house (along with Angel Food cake). She would make this and then scoop it into red dessert glasses to set in the refrigerator. Cool Whip is an easy way to go, but I wonder how heavy whipped cream would do. I assume it would be the same, just heavier and creamier. I have not tried it, but maybe you would want to. Try it and see.
