Chili Catsup

3 tomatoes - diced
1/2 cup onion - diced
2-3 chili peppers diced (seed and devein depending on your preferences for heat level)
2 cloves garlic - minced
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
1/2 cup crushed tomatoes
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp chili powder
2 - 3 tsp hot sauce
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp salt

Burgers

1 1/2 pound ground beef
1 green pepper - minced
1 onion - minced
1 tablespoon hot sauce
1 tsp red pepper flakes

Burger Toppings

4 slices provolone cheese
1 tomato - sliced
lettuce leaves
4 burger buns

Chili catsup

1. Mix together all ingredients
2. Simmer 25 minutes
3. Puree in food processor until chunky

Hamburgers

1. Mix all ingredients and shape into patties
2. Grill till done
3. Melt cheese on top
4. Serve on buns, with tomato, lettuce, & catsup
