7 oz. package Elbow macaroni, uncooked
1/2 C. chopped Celery
1/2 C. chopped Onion, optional, I prefer to use 1/2 Tbsp. of Onion Powder
2 Tbsp. Butter
10-3/4 oz. can Cream of Mushroom or Celery soup
1-1/2 C. Milk
1 C. frozen Peas, thawed
2 (6 ½ oz) cans Tuna, drained and flaked
Crushed potato chips

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare macaroni as package directs.
Preheat oven to 375º.
In a small saucepan, over medium heat, cook celery and onion in butter until tender. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except the potato chips; mix well. Turn into a greased 8-inch square baking dish. Cover; bake 35 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Uncover; top with crushed potato chips. Bake 5 minutes longer. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Refrigerate leftovers.
