1/4 cup canola oil
1/4 cup white vinegar
salt and pepper, to taste
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 head green cabbage, cored, quartered, sliced thinly into strips
1/4 head red cabbage, cored, quartered, sliced thinly into strips
1/2 medium red onion, slices thinly
2 grated carrots
1 small green bell pepper, sliced thinly

Directions:
Directions:
Mix oil, vinegar, salt and pepper, and dry mustard. Shake well.
In a large bowl, put in cabbages, carrot, onion, and green pepper. Pour dressing over all. If too vinegary, add a little water. If too bland, add vinegar. If you want it a little sweet, add 1 teaspoon of sugar to dressing.
