16 ounces pink salmon canned
1 egg
1/3 c onion minced
1/2 c flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 c vegetable oil for frying

Directions:
Directions:
Drain salmon. Reserve 2 tbsp juice in mixing bowl. Mix together salmon, egg, and onion until sticky. Mix in flour. Add baking powder to reserved juice, then stir into salmon mixture. Form into small patties. Fry until golden brown, about 5 minutes.
