Olive Oil Spray
1 can (10.75 oz) Fat-Free Cream of Mushroom Soup
1/2 c. light soy or almond milk
6 c. fresh French green beans, trimmed and cooked
3/4 c. diced red onion
1 tsp. light soy sauce
3/4 c. French-fried onions (canned)

Directions:
Directions:
1) Cook green beans in microwave, covered, for 5-6 minutes, until done
2) Mix soup, milk, red onion, and soy sauce.
3) Combine cooked green beans and soup mixture in a 1-1/2 quart covered casserole dish.
4) Bake at 350º for 25 minutes.
5) Remove from oven and sprinkle French-fried onions over top.
6) Bake 5 minutes.
