1 cooked & boned chicken boiled in onion, celery, salt and pepper
Reserve stock from boiling chicken
3 c flour
1 1/4 c water
Salt & Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour with salt and pepper to taste. Add water slowly and mix lightly. Drop by spoonful into boiling chicken stock. Add chicken back to stock. Season to taste.

Personal Notes:
To thicken, use cornstarch mixture and follow directions on box. Or use flour, but make sure to use cold water and mix before adding to pot. The longer it cooks,on low heat, the better it will taste. I also like to add garlic powder.
