Directions:
Salt and pepper and garlic salt to taste
½-1 lb. Cheddar cheese-reserve one cup
Brown meat, onion & pepper. Add seasonings. Once cooled add everything else. Place in buttered casseole and top with reserved cheese. Bake 350 for 30-35 min. or until bubbling and cheese is melted and browned nicely. Serve with salad (tossed or fruit), warm tortillas, Raspberry Lemonade with fresh lime served in a frosted stemmed goblet, with crushed ice and topped with real whipped cream (I use the canned whipped cream). YUMMY and a big hit with the guys in our family.
