Ingredients:  
3 pounds extra lean ground beef, cooked then drained and “washed” in hot water to remove any grease residue.
3 cans dark Red Kidney Beans - drained
1 Can Rotel (I use original but let your taste buds choose for you :-)
1 Can diced tomatoes
1 large Bottle V8 Juice
¾ cup (or to taste) diced Red/Green Bell Peppers
¾ cup (or to taste) diced Onion
1 package Lipton Onion Soup
Dash of liquid smoke,
Seasoning Salt, Garlic Salt, Chili Powder to taste

Directions:
Once the ground beef is cooked, drained, washed, and returned to the cooking pan,
Add Onion Soup mix Seasoning Salt, Garlic Salt and chili powder – stir well,
Add bell peppers and onion, sautéing lightly till nearly done,
Add Liquid Smoke, diced tomatoes and Rotel stirring well;
Add 3 cans drained Dark Red Kidney beans – stir well
Add nearly all the bottle of V8 juice
Turn heat to low and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes so the flavors are well blended
