1 1/2 Cups sugar
1 stick butter
3 eggs
1Tbsp corn meal
1 tsp. vinegar (apple cider)
1 tsp. vanilla
6 Tbsp. evaporated milk

unbaked pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 325º

Cream sugar and butter. Add eggs - one at a time. Add: cornmeal, vinegar, vanilla, evaporated milk.

Pour into unbaked pie shell.

Bake for 1 hr. (until brown on top and the "middle is settled")
