2 c. Water
1 c. Sugar
4 c. fresh Peaches, cut into chunks
2 tbsp. Cornstarch
3 oz. Cream Cheese, softened
3 oz. pkg. Peach Jello
2 1/2 c. Graham Cracker Crumbs
1 c. + 6 tbsp. Powdered Sugar
1 stick Butter or Margarine
8 oz. Cream Cheese, softened
3 tbsp. Milk
2 c. Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cornstarch, sugar and water and boil until thick, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add jello and cream cheese. Mix w/ mixer. Cool. Add peaches and cool until it is beginning to set.

Prepare crumb crust by combining graham crackers, 6 Tbsp. powdered sugar, and butter. Mix well, and pour half into a 9x13 pan.

Combine cream cheese, 1 c. powdered sugar, milk and cool whip. Pour peach filling into pan, covering crust. Spoon cream cheese layer on top. Sprinkle with remaining crumbs. Enjoy!
