8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk
1/3 c. Lemon Juice
1 pkg. Danish Dessert, prepared according to package directions (or use homemade, see below)
About 3 pts. Strawberries, sliced
Whipped Cream
2 Baked Pie Crusts

Homemade Danish Dessert:
6 tbsp. Cornstarch
6 tbsp. Red Jello (any flavor)
1 c. Sugar
2 c. Cold Water
2 tbsp. Lemon Juice

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, and lemon juice. Divide mixture in half, and pour into each shell.

Prepare danish dessert, and add sliced strawberries. Cool slightly, then pour over the cream cheese mixture. Chill and serve with whipped cream.

To prepare homemade danish dessert, combine cornstarch, red jello, sugar, and cold water in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil, until thick, stirring constantly. Remove from heat, and add the lemon juice. Let cool, then add berries.

Nate's favorite dessert. He always requests me to make this when we have a family party (since it makes 2 pies and I can't make 2 pies for just our little family!)
