2 cups Sugar
½ cup Light Corn Syrup
2 cups Peanuts
1 teaspoon Butter
¼ teaspoon Baking Soda
1 cup Water
Candy Thermometer
Cookie Pan

Directions:
Directions:
Combine Sugar, Corn Syrup and Water in Pan place over heat. Stir till sugar dissolves. Continue to cook without stirring till reaches 238º F

Add Peanuts cook to hard crack. Add butter and baking soda. Pour into a greased cookie sheet. Cool then crack.
