3 ¾ cups White Sugar
1 ¼ cups Karo Syrup
1 cup Water
1 teaspoon Cinnamon Oil
1 teaspoon Red Food Coloring
12” x 17” Pan Covered with Foil and sprinkle with Confectionery sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix White Sugar, Karo Syrup, Water boil to 300º F – Don’t stir
Remove from heat; stir quickly adding Cinnamon Oil and Food Coloring. Pour into a 12” x 17” – let harden and then crack.
