6-7 chicken breasts
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 pint sour cream
Salt and Pepper to taste
Ritz Crackers (about 45 crackers)
8 Tbsp butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cut and boil chicken (I usually boil the chicken whole in chicken broth ). Mix the cream of chicken soup and sour cream, then add chicken. Put into a 13x9 inch baking dish. Crumble Ritz crackers and sprinkle on top of chicken mixture. Cut butter into smaller pieces, put pats of butter on top of crackers.

Bake uncovered 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve over rice or broccoli.
