1 cup all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon baking soda
1 teaspoon - salt
About 1 pint Buttermilk
2 eggs

Directions:
Mix the 1st three ingredients together in large mixing bowl.
Add enough buttermilk to make the batter the right consistency (about 1 pint) and mix well. THEN add two eggs to the batter. For some reason this sequence produces the best results.
This makes enough pancake batter to feed two people. For larger amounts keep portions the same except add ½ tablespoon of soda for every additional cup of flower.
