1 lb. Ground Beef
1/3 c. Onion, chopped
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 ½ tbsp. Flour
3 c. Milk

Directions:
Directions:
Cook beef and onion. Once beef is cooked through, add flour into the pan with the drippings and onion. Stir well, and add milk. Stir until thickened. If needed add more milk or another Tbsp. of flour in a cup of cold water, and stir into the gravy.

Add salt and pepper to taste, and serve over mashed potatoes.
