¼ c. Butter
1 med. Onion, chopped
2 c. Celery
1 tsp. Salt
1 ½ c. Water
Chicken Bouillon cube or seasoning
dash of Pepper
1- 16oz. can Bean Sprouts
1 sm. can Water Chestnuts
(Can also use a bag of frozen stir-fry vegetables)
2 c. Turkey, diced
2 tbsp. Cornstarch
1 tbsp. Soy Sauce
1 tsp. Sugar
2 tbsp. Cold Water
Chinese Noodles or Rice, cooked

Directions:

Melt butter in large skillet. Sauté onion in the pan until golden. Stir in diced celery, salt, pepper, and 2 cups water with the chicken bouillon. Bring to a boil, cover and simmer for five minutes. Add bean sprouts and water chestnuts and turkey. Cover and cook for five minutes. Mix cornstarch, soy sauce, sugar, and 2 Tbsp. cold water together and pour into meat and vegetable mixture. Cook over low heat, stirring until thick. Serve over noodles or rice.

Chicken may be substituted for turkey. This is a good way to use leftover Thanksgiving turkey.
