2 lbs. Ground Beef
2 Green Bell Peppers
2 Onions
2 C. Tomato Juice
1 can Tomato Soup
½ tsp. Cumin
1 tbsp. Chili Powder
½ tsp. Garlic, minced or dry
½ c. Ketchup
¾- 1 lb. Cheese, shredded
1 pkg. Lasagna Noodles, boiled until soft

Directions:

Fry meat, onions and green peppers. Combine juice, soup, ketchup, garlic and cumin.

Layer the meat mixture, juice mixture, and cheese with the noodles alternately.

Bake at 375° for 45 minutes. This may make more than one 9x13 baking dish worth, with 2-3 layers per pan.

This is our favorite lasagna. I got this recipe years ago from my friend Joann Sparrow. She made it for club one night, and we all loved it. So now it’s the one I always make.
