3 tbsp. Honey
1 ˝ tbsp. Vinegar
4 tsp. Mayonnaise
1 tbsp. Dijon Mustard
1/8 tsp. Sesame Oil
2-4 c. Vegetable Oil (for frying)
1 Egg
1/2 c. Milk
1/2 c. Flour
1/2 c. Cornflakes, smashed into small pieces
1 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 Chicken Breasts
3 c. Romaine Lettuce, chopped
1 c. Red Cabbage, chopped
1 c. Napa Cabbage, chopped
1/2 Carrot, shredded
1 Green Onion, diced
1 tbsp. Sliced Almonds
1/3 c. Chow Mein Noodles

Directions:
Directions:
In a blender, combine honey, vinegar, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard and sesame oil. Blend until well mixed. Set aside

Beat egg and milk together. Combine flour, cornflakes, salt and pepper in a separate bowl. Dip chicken pieces in egg mixture, then flour mixture and then fry chicken pieces in hot oil for 5 minutes. Let rest, and cut into bite size pieces.

Combine lettuce, cabbages, carrot, green onion, almonds and chow mein noodles. Add chicken and dressing. Mix well.
