Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This recipe came from a friend, Norma Spackman. She lived across the hall from us in an apartment, when I had just two kids and she had two as well. We would each make a different candy and then share with the other. We took our kids shopping in their strollers together (our apartment was on 26th Street in Ogden, close to town, so we would just walk). We as couples played games together, made a garden planter, and went Christmas tree hunting in Idaho where their family was from. This was the first time we cut down our own tree. We continued cutting down our own tree for most of our married life with family and friends, thanks to Norma and Boyd.
