2 Pie Crusts
10-12 peaches, peeled and sliced
½ c. Sugar
¼ c. Lemon Juice
1 c. Water
3 tbsp. Cornstarch
Orange Food Coloring
8 oz. Cream Cheese
¾ c. Powdered Sugar
1 c. Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, lemon juice, water, corn starch, and a few drops of food coloring in a small saucepan. Cook until thick, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and cool completely. Mix peaches into the glaze.

In a separate bowl, beat together cream cheese and powdered sugar. Fold in cool whip. Divide into two and spread over the base of the two cooked pie crusts. Top with the peaches/glaze. Serve immediately, topped with additional cool whip.
