2 cans Mandarin Orange Slices
1- 20 oz. Can Crushed Pineapple
1 Yellow Cake Mix
4 oz. Coconut
1 c. Milk
8 oz. Cream Cheese
1 lg. pkg. Instant Vanilla Pudding
8 oz. Cool Whipped Topping

Directions:
Directions:
Drain oranges and pineapple, keeping the juice in a separate bowl. Place the oranges on the bottom of a large, greased cookie sheet.

Prepare the cake mix, according to the directions on the package—substituting the liquid on the package for the juice from the oranges and pineapple.

Cover the oranges with prepared cake mix. Bake for 30 minutes at 350°; or until the cake is done.

Prepare a frosting by beating milk and cream cheese until smooth. Add vanilla pudding mix, and beat for 1 minute. Fold in Cool Whip and the drained pineapple.

Spread frosting over cooled cake, and top with coconut.
