Beef short ribs Sauerkraut Brown sugar Caraway seed BBQ sauce
Drain sauerkraut and layer in roaster. Sprinkle with brown sugar (to taste). Place ribs on top and sprinkle with caraway seed. Bake at 350º covered for about 2 hours. Check doneness of meat. Brush meat with BBQ sauce and cook uncovered for 15 to 20 min longer.
