Ingredients:
Beef short ribs
Sauerkraut
Brown sugar
Caraway seed
BBQ sauce

Directions:
Drain sauerkraut and layer in roaster. Sprinkle with brown sugar (to taste). Place ribs on top and sprinkle with caraway seed. Bake at 350 covered for about 2 hours. Check doneness of meat. Brush meat with BBQ sauce and cook uncovered for 15 to 20 min longer.
