3 squares unsweetened chocolate
3 tbsp. butter
3/4 to 1 c. sugar
1 small can evaporated milk
3 tbsp. white corn syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
pinch salt
Directions:
Directions:
Melt chocolate and butter over LOW heat until completely melted. Gradually add sugar. Stir until all mixed in. Gradually stir in evaporated milk. Stir constantly - it must not boil!! Add the syrup, vanilla, and salt. Stir well and serve.
