1 pkg Pepperidge Farm Pastry Puffs
1 cup chopped deli ham
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1 egg, beaten
pepper, onion salt, parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Cut each of the two sheets of pastry into quarters, for a total of 8 pieces.

Mix remaining ingredients. Divide filling equally among pastries, placing slightly off center. Fold corners over filling to create triangles. (If desired, wet finger in water and run along the edge of the dough before folding.) Press edges with fork to seal. Bake 20-25 minutes, or until golden.

This recipe is from Collier's Aunt Danna. It's great for lunch or brunch. It can be made in advance, covered tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerated until baked. Try any combination of chopped cooked meats, cheeses, and/or vegetable fillings.
