1 c. sour cream
2 tsp. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 egg
2 c. apples, peeled and sliced
1 deep dish pie shell

Topping:
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. flour
1/4 c. cold butter, chopped
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 º. Mix all in bowl except apples. Add apples and tun into pie shell. Bake for 25 minutes, remove and add topping and bake 20 min longer. Serve warm with ice cream- yummo!
Topping: Combine all until crumbly and then spread on top of prebaked pie.
