1- 27 Oz can green chiles
1 pound shredded Cheddar cheese
1 pound shredded Monterey Jack cheese
4 eggs
8 Tbsp. Flour
2 cans evaporated milk (12 oz)
1- 14.5 oz can tomato sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cheese together and set aside. Spray a 9x13 baking pan with non stick spray. Lay half of the chiles in the pan, spread with 1/3 of the cheese mixture. Repeat with the remaining chiles and another 1/3 of the cheese mixture. Beat eggs well. Add flour and milk to eggs. Pour over chile and cheese layers.; Bake for 40 minutes at 350º. Pull from oven and cover with remaining third of cheese mixture. Top with tomato sauce and return to oven for another 10 minutes until eggs are cooked.

Optional: Add 1 can Rotel tomatoes and chiles as a layer before first bake. (Note from Mom, I don't do this part).
