1/4 cup olive oil
2 large dice onion
1 lemon cut to wedges
1 16 oz Or 2-12 oz can black eye's beans, washed and drained
6 clove garlic cut to thin slices'
3 bunch clean Swiss chart chopped or (3 lb frozen) washed, drained and squeezed
1 bunch fresh coriander chopped
1 tsp dried coriander
salt and pepper to taste

In a medium sauce pan sauté garlic with oil to golden brown color and remove the garlic it to a small plate and sit a side.
In a same sauce pan, with what's left from the oil you can add more oil if needed.
add the onion and sauté to light golden color, remove half of the frying onion to the side
know add half the frayed garlic on top the onion in same pan.
Then add the dried and fresh coriander with salt stir every thing in the pan for 2 min on medium- low, add the Swiss chart and the black beans, mix and cover it until fully cooked, stir often until the water evaporate.
Serve the cooked swiss chart in a nice serving dish and sprinkle's all the left frayed onion and garlic on top with the lemon wedges to the side.
Serve it hot or cold with squeezed of lemon on top. use any kind of bread you like
