1/2 c shortening
1/2 c white sugar
1/2 c molasses
1/2 c chunky peanut butter
1 egg
2 c flour
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
salt
Directions:
Directions:
Cream shortening and sugar, add molasses, peanut butter, beat until creamy add egg and continue to beat.\Sift flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt together, add to mixture and continue to mix until blended.
Shape into balls and place on cookie sheet, press down with fork.
Bake 8 minutes 375 oven.
