1 small onion
1 1/2 tsp garlic
1 lb ground turkey breast
2 tbsp flour
1/4 tsp dried cilantro or handful fresh cilantro
2 tbsp chili powder
2 tsp ground cumin
1 14 1/2 ounce can Rotel tomatoes
1 16 ounce can black beans, rinsed and drained

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion in nonstick pan coated with nonstick spray over medium high heat 4-5 minutes. Stir in garlic. Saute. Add ground turkey. Cook until crown and crumbly. Stir in next 5 ingredients Stir in tomato and black beans.

Serve with jalopenos, sour cream, fresh cilantro and chop onions.
