4 oz. orange juice (Calcium and Vitamin D fortified)
4 oz. skim milk
1/2 banana
2 strawberries
handful blueberries
1 dried prune
1/2 scoop protein powder
2 Tbsp ground flax seed
1/2 cup plain low fat yogert

Directions:

Add all ingredients (in approximate order listed above) in a blender. Mix until well blended. Pour in a large tumbler - best with straw since pretty thick!
