3 cups sifted flour
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
3 tsp baking powder
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp salt
1 cup Wesson oil
1 1/2 cups sugar
4 eggs
About 7 carrots
1 cup walnuts chopped

Icing
3 ounces cream cheese
2 cups confectionary. Sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp milk or more till smooth

Beat eggs till foamy, add sugar, oil and walnuts. Gradually add dry ingredients and mix well. Than add the grated carrots Bake in a 11x13 pan or makes 2 layers. Bake 350 for 1 hour
