1 large can of yams
Large marshmallows
Brown sugar
Stick of butter

Directions:
Directions:
Place yams (and juice) in casserole dish. Add brown sugar to taste and mash lightly with potatoe masher. Pack lightly in dish, place slices of butter on top and cover with large marshmallows. Cook on 350º until golden brown.
