1 1/2 cups butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup white sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon lemon juice
3 tablespoons vinegar
3 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 1/4 cups flaked coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, eggs and sugars until light brown and fluffy.

Add lemon juice, vanilla and vinegar. Beat with creamed mixture.

Add all dry ingredients and coconut and beat until blended.

Drop from a teaspoon on ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake at 375 degrees for 8 - 10 minutes until delicately browned.
