1 Box Duncan Hines Yellow Cake Mix
1 Box Lemon Jell-o
2/3 Cup Wesson Oil
2/3 cup water
4 eggs
1 teaspoon of lemon extract or lemon juice

Glaze

1 cup confectioner's sugar
1 tablespoon melted butter
Grated rind of one lemon
Juice of one Lemon

Cake

Mix 5 minutes on low speed
Mix 5 minutes at high speed

Grease and flour Angel Food Pan
Bake 1 hour - 350 degree oven
Let Stand 7-10 minutes - turn cake over
Frost while warm

Glaze

Mix all ingredients together and drizzle over warm cake
