Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 whole chicken
1 whole onion, chopped
4 large carrots, chopped
4 stalk celery, chopped
lots of chicken broth
bag of egg noodles
3 cubes of bouillon or to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Take skin off chicken. Saute onions in 1 tbsp oil until onions are translucent. Deglaze pan with chicken broth.

Add whole chicken to broth mixture. Boil chicken in chicken broth for 45 minutes, or until chicken is done. (If pressed for time, use pre-cooked whole chicken). Add broth, as needed.

Pull chicken out of broth and place in strainer over a plate to catch juices. Cut chicken meat into bite size pieces.

Strain fat from broth, if desired. You can place bones back in broth, as they will add flavor as you continue to cook soup. Throw chicken meat back into soup.

Add carrots and celery and cook 30 minutes. Add broth as necessary. Add bouillon cubes. Add noodles and cook until done.

Season with salt and pepper.
