Garlic Butter Toast Rounds – any type of bread will do

Shrimp mixture
Cooked shrimp – 1 pound finely chopped
Cream Cheese ¼ cup
Parmesan cheese ¼ cup
Mozerella ¼ cup
Chopped green onion
Finely chopped celery 3/Tbs
Finely chopped onion 3 Tbs

Toast the Breast lightly, butter if desired.
Mix shrimp mixture and spoon onto toast rounds. Broil for 3 minutes or until bubbles lightly
