16 Oz Cream Cheese, Softened
¼ Cup green onion tops finely chopped
14 oz Can Artichoke Hearts: drain and chop
1 cup Parmesan, Gated
2 clove Garlic; pressed
2 T Olive Oil
1 T Lemon Juice
½ teaspoon Red Pepper
2/4 Cup Roasted Red Pepper; chopped

Directions:

Stir Cream cheese, green onion and set aside.

Stir in artichoke hearts and next 5 ingredients
Line Glass bowl with plastic wrap

Layers:

1/3 cheese mix
½ Pepper mix
¾ cup artichoke mix

Repeat layers; end with cream cheese

Cover and chill at least 2 hours. Invert onto a serving plate and remove plastic wrap. Serve over lettuce with bread slices and bell pepper strips.
