Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1 bunch of Romaine Lettuce
1 small bag of baby Spinach
2 peeled and sliced cucumbers
4-5 red ripe vine tomatoes
1 red or any onion slliced in rings
1 Yellow or orange Pepper
½ pound of kalamata olives, black or any you like
½ -3/4 pound of feta cheese
1 tsp Thyme
1/3 cup of Red wine vinegar
1 cup of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cut up Romaine lettuce in one inch strips
Peel and cut cucumber in round slices
Cut yellow pepper in long thin strips and add the spinach
Add the cut up tomatoes and toss in vinegar
Then add oil, toss
Add thyme, S & P to taste and toss
Sprinkle in crumbled feta cheese, toss
Add olives on top, and enjoy!
