4 large eggs
1 C sugar
1 1/2 C self rising flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 C canola oil
1 C brown sugar
1 C chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Grease and flour a 9x13 inch baking dish and set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine eggs, sugars, oil, sifted flour. Mix well by hand until blended well. Add vanilla and nuts and mix well. Pour into pan. bake about 35 minutes or until center is done.
