4 slices bacon
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
2 cups canned tomatoes
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
2 tablespoons vinegar
dash of tabasco
salt and pepper to taste
2 cups peeled, boiled shrimp

Directions:
Directions:
Fry bacon until crisp, remove from pan and save. Add onions and peppers to bacon fat and simmer until tender. Add tomatoes and seasonings. Chop bacon real fine, add to mixture and let simmer over a low heat about 30 minutes. Add shrimp and simmer 15 minutes longer.
