4 egg yolks
2 tbls. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Heat butter in small sauce pan until hot, not brown. Put egg yolks in blender. Blend on low and add hot butter in slow, steady stream. Add lemon juice and salt.
