2 racks baby back ribs
½ C lemon juice, divided (fresh is best)
pepper
garlic powder
dried oregano leaves
lawrys seasoned salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat over to 325 degrees. Line a large casserole or medium sized roaster with foil, leaving enough on each end to fold over.

Cut the ribs into one or two portion sizes. Sprinkle with ¼ C lemon juice and liberal amounts of pepper, garlic powder and oregano. Place the ribs into roaster and fold the foil over to seal. Roast for 2 ½ hours. Remove from oven and drain off the excess juice. Sprinkle ribs with seasoned salt and add a bit more garlic powder and oregano. Roast again at 325 degrees for another 45 minutes. Uncover ribs and roast 15 more minutes. Remove from roaster and sprinkle with remaining ¼ C lemon juice just before serving.
