6 boneless, skinless chicken breast, flattened
2 eggs, beaten
1 C flour
2 TBSP butter or margarine
salt and pepper to taste

SAUCE

6 TBSP soy sauce
6 TBSP water
1 ½ C whit sugar
1 C vinegar
1 TSP salt

Directions:
Directions:
Melt the margarine/butter in skillet. Dip each piece of chicken in egg. Dip into flour seasoned with salt and pepper. Place chicken into hot skillet and brown both sides. Place chicken in a shallow roaster.

Sauce
Combine and stir until sugar is nearly dissolved. Pour sauce over chicken.

Bake at 350 degrees for about an hour, turning occasionally. Serve with rice.
