½ cup ketchup
¼ cup vinegar
8 ounce tin of crushed pineapple
1 tbsp. soya sauce
3 tbsp. brown sugar
Approx. 4 – 6 pork chops

Directions:
Directions:
Brown pork chops. Put in roaster. Mix and pour remaining ingredients over chops and bake 1 ½ hours at 350°F. Serve over cooked rice.
