1/3 Cup Vegetable Oil *
½ Cup Sugar
1 Egg
1 Cup Mashed Bananas
1 Package Chocolate Chips
1 Cup Flour
1 Tsp Baking Soda
½ Tsp Salt
½ Tsp Cinnamon
*You may substitute apple sauce for oil for a healthier option.

Heat oven to 350 degrees F. In a mixing bowl, whisk together oil, sugar, and egg. Stir in mashed bananas and half of the chocolate chips. In separate bowl combine dry ingredients: flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon; stir into banana mixture just until moist. Spoon into 12 greased or lined muffin cups. Sprinkle remaining chocolate chips evenly over top. Bake for 15 – 20 minutes.
